Compliance and Baseline Audits

Quantum Consulting Australia has the experience and track record of being able to undertake Compliance and Baseline Audits:

  • Compliance Audits
  • Baseline Audits

  • i) Compliance Audits:

Compliance audits provide a valuable tool to ensure that the implementation of services occur within and are compliant with a specified framework.

Our Consulting Team has the necessary skills, expertise and knowledge to effectively develop and apply audit frameworks (that are based upon relevant legislation or regulations) in order to review the level of compliance of the practices of an organisation and its employees.

Our general approach for undertaking compliance audits includes the follow key steps:

  • Negotiating the scope of the audit
  • Desktop review of preliminary information, data and internal reports (e.g. self-assessment reports)
  • Site visit audit of the agency/organisation to undertake compliance audit against the applicable standards
  • Development of a written audit report and disseminate a verbal summary of the preliminary findings
  • Back to top

    ii) Baseline Audits:

Baseline audits provide a useful reference point for agencies/organisations to develop, measure and evaluate policies, programs and initiatives.

The Consulting Team has extensive experience in undertaking local, state and national level baseline audits for the purposes of establishing a baseline profile in relation to such things as service delivery and existing infrastructure. As part of the baseline audit, we utilise both quantitative and qualitative data to identify and measure the baseline profile against agreed standards/indicators.

Our general approach for undertaking baseline audits includes the follow key steps:

  • Negotiating the scope of the audit and agreeing to standards/indicators
  • Desktop review of preliminary internal and external information and qualitative and quantitative data
  • Development of a self-assessment schedule to be completed by the relevant stakeholders
  • Undertake a site visit audit to obtain and verify relevant information/data
  • Development of a written baseline audit report and profile
